Following the huge success of the previous Air Raid Shelter Open Days, run by the Friends of Limpsfield Common, we are delighted that there is another one happening on Sunday 19 July. 2-5pm.

The guided tours are always fully booked well in advance but if you show up and ask nicely, we’re sure the lovely volunteers can fit you in. There are always a few no-shows on the day. Just please donate a few coins to help go towards maintaining the air raid shelter area.

It goes without saying that the Limpsfield RBL has a huge amount to do with what went on in Limpsfield during WW2 and we have some great memorabilia in the clubhouse, so make sure you pop in and have a look when you’re passing.
