It is with deepest sorrow that the Royal British Legion marks the death of our Sovereign and Patron, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Queen has served as Patron of the Royal British Legion since 6 February 1952.

We are immensely thankful for Her Majesty’s faithful service, and we join the entire Armed Forces community in mourning the loss of its Commander-in-Chief.

The Queen’s unwavering dedication to the British Armed Forces will be greatly missed. Our sincere condolences are with the Royal Family at this time.

Temporary closure

Following tonight’s government directive asking all pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs to close, unfortunately the time has come to (temporarily) close our doors due to the Coronavirus.

A BIG thank you to all our customers for all your support and for hanging in with us over the last week of uncertainty.

As of today, Friday 20th March, we will be closed until further notice.

All bookings and events over the next few weeks are cancelled, however if you have any questions about bookings or events already in the calendar over the next few months, please give us a call. We will have to see how the lockdown plays out.

We wish you all good health and look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Stay well.
